2026 full memberships

Thank you for your interest in being part of Surf Witches Boardriders Club, we are stoked to have you join us!

2026 will mark the 5th year of the club and we cannot wait to share more stoke with you throughout the year. 

Our memberships cover the whole 2026 calendar year.

Provisional dates for all events for 2026 events are listed below. Note, these dates are dependent on permit approvals from the council which we apply for in January, so some may alter slightly depending on approvals. 

2026 Proposed Event Dates:

  • Saturday 7 February – Kick Off Party!
  • 14 March – Club Round 1 (back up date 28 March)
  • 16 May – Club Round 2 (back up date 23 May)
  • June – Seas the Day Women’s Surf Festival – Teams Event
  • July – SEA Session (Date and topic TBC)
  • 8 August – Collab Club Round with the Sunny Coast Surf Sisters (LOCATION: Sunshine Coast!)
  • AGM 21 October 6:30pm
  • October – SEA Session 2 (date TBC)
  • 8 November – Club Round 4 (back up date 15 Nov)
  • 5 December – Santa Surf, Chrissy brunch and end of year celebration

2026 FULL MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS – $150 (this price includes your $40 Surfing QLD membership)

  • Your mandatory Surfing QLD Membership ($40) is automatically added when you purchase a full membership. Our 3 Club rounds are held at Kirra beach and social event locations are southern Gold Coast based. 1 Club Round will be a collaboration with the Sunny Coast Surf Sisters and be held on the Sunshine Coast (ROAD TRIPPP!!)!

There are zero expectations of your surfing ability beyond basic surf etiquette (which we can teach you if you are unsure of anything) and being able to swim comfortably in the ocean. Our fun, social club rounds will be free surfing in your chosen division with prizes judged on things like fun, team work, best wipe-outs and such. Our Club round categories include Whitewash Warriors (open to all boards), Longboard Lovers (8’10ft – 10ft), Shortie Shredders (Under 6’10ft) & Mini Mal Machines (7ft – 8’9ft).

NOTE: We are a non-competitive Club. If you are serious about competing and participating in state events, we are NOT the club for you – we are a purely social club. We can recommend some other amazing local clubs that can help you join to further your surfing career.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all Club memberships in Queensland now need to go through the JustGo System to be affiliated. This membership system can be a bit tricky to navigate so please see STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS HERE and below on how to sign up and follow the steps exactly to avoid any challenges.

STEP 1

NEW USERS: IF YOU ARE A NEW USER AND DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT CLICK HERE AND CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

EXISTING USERS: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SURFING AUSTRALIA/JUST GO ACCOUNT GO STRAIGHT TO STEP 2.

STEP 2

Make sure you are logged out of your JustGo/Surfing Australia Account.

CLICK THIS LINK to add Surf Witches Boardriders to your account.

Click to the top right ‘LOG IN’ button, and login and you will be taken to your profile.

When you are on your member profile, click ‘MEMBERSHIP‘ and then click ‘SURF WITCHESBOARDRIDERS CLUB INC‘. The membership will open, scroll down to answer all of the Surf Witches and Surfing QLD questions. Click FINISH.

STEP 3

Once you complete the questions and click FINISH it will prompt you to proceed to checkout. Click YES, PROCEED TO CART and enter your payment details to complete your membership.

You will be emailed your receipt and we will be in touch with you after membership closes with more details on our 2026 events!
